Terms and conditions for EFS Personal Trainer - 24 sessions

Services expire one year from sale date. Refunds are given only for medical reasons or if moving out of the area, and are in the form of check only. Kindly give your trainer at least 24 hours notice if you must cancel an appointment. Cancellations with less than 3 hours notice will be charged the session price. Clients may arrive up to 10 minutes early to warm up.
